Terms and Conditions for Retail Purchases

• Refund or exchange is accepted within 30 days from the purchase, with in-store presentation of product, original receipt and packaging, box, instructions and/or wrappings.
• Refund or exchange is accepted as long as the products are returned in the same conditions as they were purchased. Products that are damaged or used beyond the mere opening cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Products can only be exchanged once. Exclusions: Consumable and perishable items, alcohol and discounted products and products purchased with SRC points or vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• In case of any dispute, VCL/VOL and Harry Potter™: The Exhibition Store reserves the right to make the final decision.

Harry Potter: The Exhibition – Wizarding World Redemption Voucher Terms & Conditions:

Each guest with VIP tickets of Harry Potter: The Exhibition – Wizarding World will receive one (1) redemption voucher, which can redeem a photo at the counter in the retail shop of the exhibition (the “Campaign”).

1. This voucher can only be used by guests who purchased VIP tickets of Harry Potter: The Exhibition – Wizarding World (“Exhibition”).
2. Each guest may only use this voucher once per entry.
3. Only original voucher is accepted. Any vouchers that have been mutilated, altered, copied, hand printed, forged, water damaged, manipulated or tampered with in any way, or that contains any computer programming, printing, mechanical or typographical error, will be considered null and void.
4. This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.  
5. This voucher must be used on date of visit at the Exhibition. Unused or expired vouchers are neither returnable nor refundable.
6. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount offers, gift vouchers or cash coupons.
7. Lost or stolen or damaged vouchers are neither reclaimable nor refundable.
8. In the event of a refund or return, voucher under this Campaign will not be granted.  Used voucher cannot be reapplied for usage.
9. Guests shall not dissent the souvenirs given out under this Campaign. The souvenirs shall not be transferred, resold, exchanged for cash or other goods.
10. By visiting the Exhibition, guests acknowledge and agree the HPX, LLC and its third-party services provider, CAPTURELIFE, INC., to provide photographic imaging and cloud services solutions, which involve the collection of images of the guests. The purpose of such collection is only limited to allow guests redeeming their photos with this voucher. The images are kept in servers located at the United States of America (“USA”), in a jurisdiction with different laws and protections than the ones of the Macau Special Administrative Region, after the Exhibition they are automatically deleted. Guests can change, remove or review the photos provided anytime by either writing to HPX LLC at [contact info of HPX].
11. Venetian Orient Limited is not involved in terms of sponsorship, endorsement or the event administration of this Exhibition. Guests are providing their information to HPX INC. and not to Venetian Orient Limited.
12. Guests agree to release, discharge, hold harmless and defend Venetian Orient Limited from any liability by virtue of any reason in connection with the making, collection, processing and storage of the images, including without limitation any claims for libel or violation of any right of image, publicity or privacy.
13. Venetian Orient Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and may withdraw, change or discontinue this Campaign at any time without prior notice.
14. Any dispute will be subject to the final decision of Venetian Orient Limited.
15. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
