Harry Potter: The Exhibition is a Sensory Certified Experience welcoming visitors with sensory needs every day. Designated quiet rooms are accessible to provide a calm and safe space to guests who feel overwhelmed and may need a moment to relax and recharge. Additionally, Sensory Bags filled with tools designed to assist guests with sensory needs are available upon request. The bags include:

• Noise-canceling headphones
• Fidget tools
• Strobe reduction glasses
• A communication card
• Additionally, designated quiet rooms are accessible to provide a calm and safe space to guests who feel overwhelmed and may need a moment to relax and recharge.

Harry Potter: The Exhibition has partnered with KultureCity to create more comfortable and less overwhelming sessions of the beloved experience for guests with sensory needs (such as PTSD, autism, anxiety, and other) or those who identify as part of the neurodivergent community. We invite you to join us in fostering an environment where everyone can experience the behind-the-scenes film-making magic of the expanded Harry Potter world inclusively.

Join us for Sensory Sundays!

Our Sensory Sundays allow guests to arrive at the Exhibition any time between 9:00 am and 11:00 am. This flexible format allows guests seeking a calmer experience to explore the Exhibition at their own pace. The modified environment features reduced guest capacity, dimmed lights, minimized sounds and smells, and dedicated quiet spaces throughout the galleries. The Exhibition transitions back to its standard operating experience at 12:00 pm. However, sensory bags are always available to guests.
