Harry Potter: The Exhibition has partnered with KultureCity to create a more comfortable and less overwhelming experience for guests with sensory needs (such as PTSD, autism, anxiety, and others) or those who identify as part of the neurodivergent community. 

Ask for a KultureCity sensory bag at the box office. Bags include:

• Noise-canceling headphones
• Fidget tools
• Strobe reduction glasses
• A communication card
• Additionally, a designated quiet room is accessible to provide a calm and safe space to guests who feel overwhelmed and may need a moment to relax and recharge.

Organizations and groups can reach out to set up their own dedicated time for a Sensory experience where guests can expect a modified environment that accommodates sensory needs. In addition to the KultureCity® Sensory Bags being readily available, additional modifications include dimmed lights, minimized smells and sounds, and the incorporation of quiet spaces throughout the galleries.
