How to Get Here

The event will take place on Olympic Boulevard at Sydney Olympic park.
The park is accessible via major roads including the M4 Motorway, Hill Road, Silverwater Road, Victoria Road, and Homebush Bay Drive.
The closest parking is P1 Car Park, with P3 and P6 Car Parks also located nearby. Parking is managed by the precinct and is typically $7 per hour, up to a maximum of $35 per day.
Parking availability may vary depending on events in the precinct. Visitors are encouraged to pre-book parking, as availability may be limited. Please note that pre-booking closes at 11:59 pm the day before your visit.

By train, take the T7 Olympic Park Line to Olympic Park railway station (approx. 10-15 minutes).
By bus, routes 525, 526, and 633 stop along Olympic Boulevard or Australia Avenue in Sydney Olympic Park, followed by a 5-10 minute walk.

Timed-Entry Tickets
Timed-entry tickets allow you to enter on your selected date at any time within your chosen 30 minute window. (For instance, if you purchase a 1:00pm ticket, you may enter anytime between 1:00pm and 1:30pm.)
Choose your date from the calendar, then select a time range from morning, afternoon or evening. From there, you’ll be able to choose from the available time sessions.
Flex Tickets
Excited to attend but don’t know what date you want yet?
The Flex Ticket option guarantees you entry on any date and time within our operating hours. They’re also a great option for gifting tickets!
This self-guided experience is recommended for fans ages 5 and up. Children who have not yet reached their 3rd birthday will receive free admission; however, they still need a ticket to enter. No strollers are permitted inside the venue.

The exhibition is self-guided, and we expect guests to spend 60-90 minutes exploring.
The exhibition will close two hours after the final entry session each day. We recommend checking our ticketing calendar closer to the date you’d like to visit to confirm operating hours.
For sessions sold in 30 minute increments, you will have the full 30 minute window to arrive for your session. If you are later than 30 minutes, we will be able to accommodate you in the following session as long as space allows.
Tickets for the exhibition provide a one-time entry. Once guests are inside the exhibition, they may not re-enter. Should a guest need to step out of the exhibition for an emergency, please notify the nearest staff member.
All guests age 15 years and under should be accompanied by a guest of at least 16 years of age.
Guests of all ages can experience Harry Potter: The Exhibition; however, some immersive elements may be scary for young audiences.
Yes! We encourage visitors to celebrate the wizarding world by dressing up. Wands are also permitted inside the exhibition. Please share your photos with us using @harrypotter_exhibition and #HarryPotterExhibition!
Paddington Pavilion at Sydney Olympic Park
If driving from Sydney CBD, take the M4 Motorway westbound, exit onto Homebush Bay Drive (A3), then follow Australia Avenue to Olympic Boulevard / Gate 4 for Paddington Pavilion.
If driving from Parramatta or Western Sydney, take the M4 eastbound, exit at Hill Road, then continue via Australia Avenue to Olympic Boulevard / Gate 4.
If driving from Northern Sydney, take Victoria Road (A40) to Homebush Bay Drive (A3), then follow Australia Avenue to Olympic Boulevard / Gate 4.

All guests ages 3 and up require a ticket for entry. Ages 2 and under are welcome to visit, and do not need a ticket. Due to restrictions within the venue, strollers are not permitted inside the exhibition.

VIP and Flex tickets make a great gift as they allow guests to purchase tickets without pre-selecting a date or time for their visit. These can be redeemed at any time during the month selected at purchase.
If you have a Flex ticket, you are welcome to visit the exhibition on any date or time within the selected month that we are open. There is no need to confirm your time before you arrive. Please refer to our operating hours above when planning your visit. Most guests spend 60-90min inside the exhibition.

Yes! Each location is accessible to guests with limited mobility. For guests with hearing disabilities, closed captioning subtitles are available on most of the galleries’ media screens.
Guests with sensory sensitivity should be aware that the exhibition features ambient music, sound bites from the films, non-strobe flashing lights, motion triggered sound and video, and other media moments throughout.
We warmly welcome service animals, and we are committed to full compliance with local laws and regulations that prohibit discrimination against persons with disabilities. We strive to make our website, physical locations, and all communications accessible to everyone, and we will provide reasonable accommodations upon request. Service animals that are trained to provide services or tasks for guests with disabilities are permitted inside the exhibition.
Yes, storage is available for a fee.
Backpacks larger than A4 or standard letter size are not permitted inside the exhibition and must be stored.
Small hand-held cameras and phones are welcome, but please note that we do not allow professional camera equipment such as external lighting inside the exhibition. We encourage guests to take plenty of photos during their visit – feel free to tag us on Instagram @harrypotter_exhibition!

Harry Potter: The Exhibition is a celebration of all eight Harry Potter films and the extended Harry Potter universe. Iconic story moments and behind the scenes information are featured throughout the experience. It is not necessary to have seen all the films in order to enjoy the exhibition, but visitors will see content from the full timeline of the franchise.
