An Enchanting Exhibition Celebrating the world of Harry Potter Opens in Dresden on 19 December 2025
Dresden (05.12.2025) – Get ready for a magical experience as Harry Potter™: The Exhibition – the most comprehensive touring exhibition ever presented on the expanded world of Harry Potter – is coming to the Erlewein Forum in Dresden from 19 December 2025. Tickets for the all-new behind-the-scenes and interactive experience go on sale today, 5 December 2025, at 10am via eventim.de, harrypotterexhibition.com, as well as at all usual ticket outlets.
Guests can choose a Patronus, cast a spell, test their Quidditch™ skills, and brew potions, as Harry Potter: The Exhibition comes to Dresden’s Erlewein Forum for the very first time.
Tickets for Harry Potter: The Exhibition start from €24.90 for visitors of all ages. Tickets can be purchased at harrypotterexhibition.com en eventim.de. The VIP ticket provides access at any time on the selected day within operating hours along with many additional items – including, a keepsake lanyard, the exhibition’s audio guide, one poster, and entry via the FAST Lane. The behind-the-scenes exhibition celebrates the iconic moments, characters, settings, and beasts as seen in the Harry Potter films and Fantastic Beasts™ series, as well as wonders from the extended world of Harry Potter which includes the Tony® award-winning Broadway production Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. Guests can experience the beautifully crafted environments that honor many of the unforgettable moments from the films that fans and audiences have loved for more than two decades, getting an up-close look at everything from original costumes to authentic props as they embark on a personalized journey through innovative, awe-inspiring, and magical galleries using best-in-class immersive design and technology.
As visitors explore each gallery, their interactions are captured using Harry Potter: The
Exhibition wristbands to deliver unique and personalized experiences linked to their visitor profile.

From Page to Screen Gallery toont een eerste editie van Harry Potter en de Steen der Wijzen ingesloten in een op Gringotts geïnspireerde kluis en omringd door inspirerende video’s en literaire citaten, waardoor gasten opnieuw verbinding maken met het verhaal terwijl ze aan de tentoonstelling worden voorgesteld.
Hogwarts Castle Gallery biedt een meeslepende multimedia-ervaring met iconische elementen zoals de Zweinsboom, Dementors en de Sluipwegwijzer, waarbij bezoekers hun naam zien verschijnen, wat hen aanzet om de verkenning van de tentoonstelling verder te vervolgen.
The Great Hall Gallery is een ruimte waar bezoekers magische seizoensmomenten kunnen vieren in de iconische architectuur.
De Zweinstein-afdelingen de galerij legt de basis voor de tentoonstellingservaring, waardoor bezoekers de kans krijgen om meer persoonlijke momenten te beleven met de Zweinstein-afdeling die ze tijdens hun voorregistratie kiezen. Hoewel bezoekers zich vaak aangetrokken voelen tot één afdeling, kunnen ze in deze galerij alle Zweinstein-afdelingen beleven in een feestelijke zaal met een iconische Sprekende Hoed, perfect voor foto's, omringd door nieuw ontworpen afdelingswapens op zorgvuldig gemaakte glas-in-loodramen.
Zweinstein Lokalen are filled with iconic props, creatures, and costumes. Visitors will interact with magical lessons and games through digital touchscreens to reveal behind-the-scenes secrets about iconic classroom moments. They will try their hand at brewing potions in the Potions Classroom, discover how to predict the future in Divination, pot a mandrake in the Herbology Greenhouse, and use their digital wand to defeat a Boggart in Defense Against the Dark Arts.
Hagrid's Hut and The Forbidden Forest offer an interactive Patronus Charm experience. Guests will then uncover iconic creatures, such as centaurs and Acromantula, hidden in the forest and explore inside a recreation of Hagrid’s Hut.
Een exclusieve collectie Harry Potter: The Exhibition merchandise will be available in the onsite retail shop for guests to celebrate their fandom through an assortment of themed collections. Fans can choose from a range of products such as apparel, jewelry, and edible treats, including fan-favorite Chocolate Frogs and Butterbeer, as well as merchandise not available at any other Harry Potter experience.
