Guests of all ages can experience Harry Potter: The Exhibition, however, some immersive elements may be scary for young audiences.
Yes! We encourage visitors to celebrate the Harry Potter series by dressing up. Wands are also permitted inside the Exhibition. Please share your photos with us using @harrypotter_exhibition and #HarryPotterExhibition!

All texts in the Exhibition are available in both Portuguese and English.
All guests ages 3 and up require a ticket for entry. Ages 2 and under are welcome to visit, and do not need a ticket.
Harry Potter: The Exhibition is committed to the health and safety of our staff and guests. As such, all local, state, and territorial regulations are followed in each venue.
Yes! Each location is accessible to guests with limited mobility. For guests with hearing disabilities, closed captioning subtitles are available on most of the galleries’ media screens.
Guests with sensory sensitivity should be aware that the Exhibition features ambient music, sound bites from the films, non-strobe flashing lights, motion triggered sound and video, and other media moments throughout.
For the safety of guests, staff, and our furry friends, animals are not permitted inside the Exhibition, with the exception of service animals trained as defined by local regulations.
Because we are showcasing authentic props and costumes from various Harry Potter productions, displayed items will vary by venue.
Harry Potter: The Exhibition is a celebration of all eight Harry Potter films and the extended Harry Potter universe. Iconic story moments and behind the scenes information are featured throughout the experience. It is not necessary to have seen all the films in order to enjoy the Exhibition, but visitors will see content from the full timeline of the franchise.
